This super creamy smoothie looks like a chocolate milkshake-lover's dream. It's a perfectly sweetened and nutty smoothie to start your day, with the added benefits of veggies in the form of zucchini (which trust us: you can't taste at all in here!).

INGREDIENTS
1½ frozen bananas
1 cup (250 mL) plant-based milk* (we used oat milk)
½ cup (50 g) frozen chopped zucchini
¼ cup (35 g) roasted cashews
3 dates, pitted
1 Tbsp (7 g) cocoa or cacao powder
1 shot espresso (or substitute 2 tsp/10 g instant coffee)
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings
Banana coins
Chocolate shavings

Fresh berries
Shredded coconut
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into bowls and top with desired toppings.
Notes
Storage: best if enjoyed immediately.
